This role is exclusively inbound, focusing on receiving and addressing customer inquiries without engaging in outbound dialing. In this dynamic environment, each day brings new challenges, and you'll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates successes and thrives on overcoming obstacles.
The Role:
- Professionally handle inbound customer calls with empathy and expertise
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering top-notch, personalised solutions
- Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support
- Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations, and amendments
