With a new Team Manager, Matt Maidstone leading the way, now is the perfect time to join our passionate, hard-working team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service—not just to peers but in every customer interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-              Contacting customers to assist with enquires by actioning messages and tasks

-              Requesting Police reports and right of Information to assist claims

-              Rectify staff errors identified via the Correction of errors process

About You:

-              A minimum of 6 months of experience in Operations

-              Exceptional attention to detail

-              Strong compliance

-              Ability to Prioritise and multitask

-              Team Player

**Salary $77,241 incl super
