Join our dynamic team as a Home Claims Advisor in our Sunshine Coast HQ. As a Home Claims Advisor, your role will be central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You will play a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
- Manage your own portfolio of claims
- Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
