The Retention Department plays a key role in the success of our business, offering great opportunities for both advisors and leaders. As a Team Manager, you'll take on a leadership role where you'll have the chance to make a real impact while helping the team grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of up to 12 people, helping them stay motivated and reach their goals.

• Create a positive and collaborative environment where everyone feels engaged and inspired to perform at their best.

• Use your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure the team stays on track.

• Provide coaching and guidance to help your team members grow professionally and personally.

• Leverage your knowledge of the Youi environment, products, and processes to help the team achieve outstanding results.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people and inspire your team.
