As we continue to expand and be dynamic, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Complex Recoveries and Settlements team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex claims and be responsible for recovering and settling any debt owed. Throughout the claims process, you will liaise with Youi clients, Third Parties and our Panel Solicitors, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.

About The Role

• Onsite and full-time, based at the Sippy Downs office
• Manage a large portfolio of complex recoveries and settlements for building, vehicle, and SBI claims
• Determining indemnity and liability
• Recover and settle debt owned
• Engage with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims process
• Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

About You

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think outside the box
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• A background in debt collection is highly regarded
• A willingness to learn and adapt your skills to deliver high results
• Professional client service and communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience in portfolio management is highly beneficial
• Confident decisions-making skills
• Completed Youi's 6-month probation period
