We present an opportunity to join TPD Settlements within our dynamic claims department. As a Settlements Advisor, you play a crucial role in directly assisting a Third Party with their claim. This will include determining liability, conflict resolution and providing outcomes to the Third Party directly. You will regularly communicate with Third Parties at various stages of the claims process, ensuring weekly and fortnightly targets are achieved.

About The Role

• 11-month secondment opportunity
• Onsite and full-time, based at our Sippy Downs office
• Manage and negotiate the settlement of Third Party claims
• Collaborate with Youi customers and Third Parties directly, providing professional and efficient service throughout the claim process
• Make informed decisions confidently on a daily basis to drive successful outcomes

About You

• Strong negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in Collections is highly desirable
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• A proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt for optimal results
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Outstanding time management skills, crucial for effectively handling a substantial claims portfolio
• Completed Youi's 6-month probation period
