Purpose of the role
The P&D Administrator supports Youi’s growth by providing professional administrative and project support to the CPDO and Product & Distribution team. This includes managing daily admin tasks, coordinating Board and committee papers, taking minutes, assisting with presentations, and ensuring deadlines are met.
The role also oversees team coordination and stakeholder relationships, requiring strong communication, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
Key priorities
- Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the CPDO, including calendar, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage team submissions for Board and committee meetings.
- Coordinate travel, events, and office requirements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold Youi’s values, risk management, and workplace safety standards.
About you
Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in administration and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing projects and coordinating Board papers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and engage with stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, problem-solving ability, and customer service focus.
- Willingness to take on special projects as needed.
