Join our Third Party Care department as a TPI Settlements Advisor where you'll negotiate costs, assess liability, and guide customers through claims.

If you’re a strong communicator with negotiation skills and a passion for great customer experiences, this role is for you!

About the role:

• Mitigate costs and negotiate with other Insurance Companies on behalf of Youi.
• Liaise with Youi customers and other Insurers at various claim stages.
• Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents.

• Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process (advantageous, not essential)
• Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance (highly regarded)
