Join our Third Party Care department as a TPI Settlements Advisor where you'll negotiate costs, assess liability, and guide customers through claims.

About the role

• Mitigate costs and negotiate with other Insurance Companies on behalf of Youi
• Liaise with Youi customers and other Insurers at various claim stages
• Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents

 

What we're looking for

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
• Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
• Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
