Purpose of the Role
The Junior Project Manager will deliver multiple initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation in line with Youi’s IMF and governance requirements. This is a 7-month secondment.

Key Priorities

• Track project progress and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate meetings and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage scope, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee approvals and change requests.
• Communicate project milestones and rollout plans.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess success.
• Support efficiency, compliance, and governance.
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies.

About You

Experience & Knowledge:

Qualifications

• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Proven project management experience and change leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, including with executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Jira and Confluence experience desirable.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
