Purpose of the role 

Support the CTP team and Product Manager in documenting, defining, and gathering technical and non-technical requirements for Product development and CTP projects.

Key priorities 

Product Analysis:

  • Deliver business process initiatives
  • Gather and analyse end-user requirements.
  • Develop functional specs to document system enhancements.
  • Translate technical specs for business stakeholders.
  • Create process maps and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply risk-based analysis and document risk-related requirements.
  • Support the Product Owner in developing and prioritizing the product roadmap

Systems:

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
  • Prepare user guides and business requirement documentation.
  • Support the delivery team in iteratively delivering the product roadmap

Communication:

  • Respond to Product-related queries from staff and intermediaries.
  • Collaborate within project teams to enhance or develop systems.
  • Maintain professionalism when liaising with Partners and Regulators.

Reporting:

  • Maintain and submit analysis status reports.
  • Support progress reporting reviews and improvements.
  • Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and approved.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
  • General Insurance experience desirable; CTP highly regarded
  • Agile, BABOK, or BA certification a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with complex system integration and platform support
  • Technical knowledge in programming, system design, IT infrastructure, and databases
  • Ability to analyse business needs and propose technical solutions
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer-focused with high integrity
  • Awareness of IT and business strategy
  • Willingness to take on special projects

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
