About the Role:

Full Time Role Based at HQ

Your primary focus will be handling a diverse range of claims, ensuring they are managed with fairness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage claims falling within the escalated claim framework across all risks.
• Attend escalated claims meetings, providing comprehensive reports on each claim's status.
• Foster close relationships with assessing teams, service providers, procurement, and customers for streamlined claims processing.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as legal, EXCO, IDRS, assessing, and procurement, to achieve mutually beneficial claims decisions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of claims, offering feedback to stakeholders for continuous learning, comprehensive analysis, and process improvements.
• Make upper-level claim decisions.
• Demonstrate adaptability in resolving different scenarios and catering to various customer mindsets for positive outcomes.
• Ability to review and comprehend submitted reports, taking necessary actions based on findings (e.g., Hygienist report & engineers reports).
• Adherence to GICOP requirements 
• Risk Management
• Supporting our vulnerable customers
