Purpose of the role 

Support the CTP team by contributing to CTP-related projects, focusing on basic software development, test automation, and release management.

Key priorities 

• Improve and maintain testing practices and regression test procedures
• Monitor application quality and suggest improvements
• Perform manual testing when automation isn't viable
• Develop and occasionally present test plans and cases
• Investigate bugs to assist with resolution
• Support best-practice CTP software development and deployment
• Contribute to project documentation
• Embody the Youi Values and Cultural Credo

About you 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar IT role
• Skilled in automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Postman, Cucumber)
• Knowledge of scripting, white-box and black-box testing
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, Swagger, and SQL
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with solid stakeholder engagement skills
• Well-organised, collaborative, and self-managing
• Experience with Summit and/or CTP highly regarded
