An opportunity has presented to join our Claims leadership team as a Recoveries, Settlements & Financial Hardship Manager.

This is a 6-month secondment for a passionate individual, keen to take the next step in their career.

We seek an experienced leader who is passionate about developing culture, providing an exceptional coaching framework, and taking our Recoveries and Settlements goals to the next level. Managing a department is not about overseeing a large number of people, it is about leading this group of people to greatness. Pushing the limits, exceeding the targets, challenging what’s put in front of you and knowing at the end of the month that each person has given their very best.

About the role

• Maintaining staffing levels and the Identification and recruiting of Settlements services talent.
• “Coaching the Coaches” to develop our staff to achieve business goals and ensure your advisors have long rewarding careers with Youi.
• Setting the tone of professionalism and performance for your group.
• Analysing data to identifying trends and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing programs to capitalise on areas of improvement.
• Ensuring your group delivers “awesome service” to our customers and each other.

About you

• Have delivered consistently strong results as a manager.
• Have an understanding of Recoveries & Settlements.
• Be able to motivate and develop staff to deliver high results.
• Completion of Youi's Acceleration program.
• Live the Youi Values daily.
• Be able to thrive in a high performance environment and coach others to be able to do the same.
