• Full-time and onsite at our Chermside office 
• Responsible for leading a team of Lodgement advisors
• Cultivating a culture of success and performance aligned with our company values, ensuring high staff engagement
• Ensure your team consistently delivers quality claims captures and provides exceptional Youi service
