Join the team on a 12-month secondment!
In this role, you’ll help own and shape how Youi’s brand shows up across all touchpoints. You’ll be hands-on in the detail of campaign and design work, making sure everything we produce is visually strong, consistent and unmistakably Youi.

This isn’t just about execution, you’ll also play a key role in guiding design direction within the team, helping ensure creative work is aligned, considered and delivered to a high standard across every brief.

Day to day, you might be jumping into campaign briefs to develop polished design solutions, reviewing work to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, or collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with the broader design team to deliver standout, brand-led creative that performs in market.

You’ll also help strengthen and evolve Youi’s Distinctive Brand Assets, ensuring the brand remains consistent, recognisable and effective across everything we do.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and applying Youi’s design system across all channels and touchpoints
  • Leading day-to-day design direction across campaign and marketing work
  • Delivering high-quality, brand-led design solutions across a range of campaigns
  • Reviewing creative work to ensure alignment with brand standards and consistency
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Working closely with the design team to maintain a high standard of creative output
  • Responding to briefs with polished, production-ready design work
  • Contributing to the evolution of brand assets and design consistency
  • Presenting work and incorporating feedback to refine and improve output
  • Managing your workload to deliver work on time, to spec and to a high standard

 

What great looks like

  • You’ll have 3–5+ years’ experience in design, creative or marketing communications
  • Strong understanding of brand, design systems and visual consistency
  • Experience delivering campaign creative across multiple channels
  • Confident working within established brand guidelines while pushing creative quality
  • Comfortable providing design direction and collaborating with other designers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Able to take ownership of your work and see it through end to end
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Curious, proactive and always looking for ways to improve creative work
